The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), an independent statutory organisation, implemented the National Disability Insurance System (NDIS).
Each Australian with a major and persistent disability helps NDIS achieve its mission.
The NDIS provides all Australians with the assurance that their child or loved one will receive the assistance they require whether they are born with a lifelong and substantial handicap or develop one.

In order to provide these supports, Blue Ribbon Services has agreed to abide by both the terms of service for the National Disability Insurance Plan and all applicable legal requirements.
The National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013, the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Registered Providers of Supports) Regulations 2013, and any applicable laws relating to workplace safety, criminal behavior, and the Disabled Worker Exclusion Scheme are among them.
